煤矿带式输送机头架疲劳分析及优化

  • 摘要: 为确保带式输送机在煤矿生产中发挥出更大的作用,选择DSJ65/20/2×30带式输送机作为研究对象,分析煤矿带式输送机头架的疲劳特性,并对头架结构进行优化设计。由研究可知,该输送机头架性能良好,强度、刚度与疲劳寿命均满足机械设备要求,应对头架进行轻量化设计。通过头架的优化设计,得到的优化方案为:立柱总高度由900 mm缩减至866 mm,斜杆与立柱连接处到地面的距离由550 mm缩减至542.5 mm;支架横杆由720 mm×720 mm改变为700 mm×750 mm,立柱直径由32 mm缩减至30 mm。通过模拟分析与工业性实验可以发现,优化方案良好,在降低头架重量的同时,基本不会影响头架性能,使整个输送机依然能够安全、稳定运行。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure that the belt conveyor plays a greater role in coal mine production, DSJ65/20/2×30 belt conveyor is selected as the research object, and the fatigue characteristics of the coal mine belt conveyor head frame are analyzed, and the head frame structure is optimized and designed. According to research, the performance of the conveyor head frame is good, and its strength, stiffness, and fatigue life meet the requirements of mechanical equipment. Therefore, the head frame should be designed to be lightweight. The optimized design of the headstock resulted in the following solution: the total height of the column was reduced from 900 mm to 866 mm, and the distance from the connection between the diagonal rod and the column to the ground was reduced from 550 mm to 542.5 mm; The horizontal bar of the bracket has been changed from 720 mm×720 mm to 700 mm×750 mm, and the diameter of the column has been reduced from 32 mm to 30 mm. Through simulation analysis and industrial experiments, it can be found that the optimization scheme is good. While reducing the weight of the head frame, it basically does not affect the performance of the head frame, so that the entire conveyor can still operate safely and stably.
