多级气动伸缩缸装配方法改进技术分析应用

  • 摘要: 多级气动伸缩缸应用越来越广泛,此类气动缸规格多、结构较为复杂,装配环节多、精度要求高,而当前的常规人工装配方法难以满足产品的装配需求,本文以某多级气动缸为例分析了装配工艺要求,找出了装配过程中存在的问题,利用现有设备以极低的投入成本改进了装配工艺,解决了某气动伸缩缸的装配难题。

     

    Abstract: Multi-stage pneumatic telescopic cylinder is more and more widely used. This kind of pneumatic cylinder has many specifications, complex structure, many assembly links and high precision requirements. However, the current conventional manual sub-process assembly method is difficult to meet the assembly requirements of products. Taking a multi-stage pneumatic cylinder as an example, this paper analyzes the assembly process requirements, finds out the problems existing in the assembly process, improves the assembly process with very low input cost by using the existing equipment, and solves the assembly problem of a pneumatic telescopic cylinder.
