Structural Optimization of Marble Platform for Perovskite Coating Equipment

  • 摘要: 为提高钙钛矿光伏电池涂布工艺的精度与稳定性,该文针对设备基础平台的刚性、精度保持及基材固定问题展开研究。通过对钙钛矿涂布设备大理石底座开展结构分析与优化,阐明了大理石基材在热稳定性、刚度及阻尼性能上的选材优势,并依托有限元仿真校核了平台动态刚度与运行稳定性。相关研究思路与结论可为高精度钙钛矿涂布装备关键基座零件的结构设计及性能验证提供技术参考。

     

    Abstract: To improve the precision and stability of the coating process for perovskite photovoltaic cells, this paper investigates the rigidity, precision retention and substrate clamping of the equipment base platform. Structural analysis and optimization are carried out on the marble base of perovskite coating equipment to illustrate the material advantages of marble in thermal stability, stiffness and damping capacity. Finite element simulation is adopted to verify the dynamic stiffness and operational stability of the platform. The research methods and conclusions provide technical references for structural design and performance verification of critical base components of high-precision perovskite coating equipment.
