基于多级换热与动态除尘的蒸馏炉余热高效利用系统研究

Research on High Efficiency Utilization System of Distillation Furnace Waste Heat based on Multi stage Heat Exchange and Dynamic Dust Removal

  • 摘要: 针对传统蒸馏炉余热利用系统存在的烟气净化效率低、余热回收不彻底等问题,该文设计了一种集成动态除尘与双级换热的余热利用装置,并对 “除尘-换热-蓄热” 三级处理体系进行研究与实践。通过对实际应用的监测与数据分析得出,装置在排烟温度、粉尘浓度、余热回收率、吨锌能耗等关键指标上的改善效果显著,该系统可实现烟气粉尘去除率≥98%,余热回收率提升至 82%,显著降低了工业能耗与污染排放。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problems of low flue gas purification efficiency and incomplete waste heat recovery in traditional distillation furnace waste heat utilization systems, this paper designs a waste heat utilization device that integrates dynamic dust removal and two-stage heat exchange. Through theoretical analysis and engineering practice verification, the system can achieve a flue gas dust removal rate of ≥98%, increase the waste heat recovery rate to 82%, and significantly reduce industrial energy consumption and pollution emissions.
