Design and Development of High Temperature Wear-resistant Coke Particle Control Valve

  • 摘要: 针对炼油装置高温重燃料油易凝固、易结焦和磨损性强的问题进行了多方面的论证及考察,设计了一种带有保护功能带导流孔的焦炭颗粒控制专用平板闸阀.详细介绍了焦炭颗粒控制零部件的结构设计与开发,文中重点对阀门安装使用工况、技术参数、阀门结构设计、保温措施、伴热套设计等方面进行了详细论述,得出阀门整体机构及相关措施能够解决凝固、结焦和磨损问题,通过压力试验的方法验证了阀体强度、伴热套强度和阀门密封性能,可替代现有装置采用的硬密封耐磨球阀具有很好的推广意义。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of easy solidification, easy coking and strong wear of high temperature heavy fuel oil in refining unit, a special plate gate valve for coke particle control with protection function and diversion hole was designed. The structural design and development of coke particle control parts are introduced in detail. The paper focuses on the valve installation and use conditions, technical parameters, valve structure design, insulation measures, heat tracing sleeve design and other aspects are discussed in detail. It is concluded that the whole valve mechanism and related measures can solve the problems of solidification, coking and wear. The strength of the valve body, the strength of the heat tracing sleeve and the sealing performance of the valve are verified by the method of pressure test. It can replace the hard-sealed wear-resistant ball valve used in the existing device and has a good popularization significance.
