生活污水处理器电极板智能循环清洗装置设计与应用

Design and Application of Intelligent Circulating Cleaning Device for Electrode Plate of Electrolytic Sewage Treatment Plant

  • 摘要: 针对中海油深圳分公司海上某原油生产设施上安装使用的电解法生活污水处理器,在使用过程中容易出现电极板内部结垢严重,不易清洗,引起电极板故障率高的问题,本文设计了一种基于智能算法能在线监控电极板内部结垢厚度和对电极板智能循环清洗系统。通过分析海上油气田生产设施的实际工况和操作需要,结合电解法生活污水处理技术特点,开发了具备有能进行在线式监控电极板内部厚度,发出报警提示信息功能的人机界面系统,在电极板间自动循环清洗装置。该装置在现场试验实现了电极板厚度可在线式监控,提高电极板清洗作业效率,降低了人工维护频率,作业时间由32小时/次缩短到8小时/次,清洗效率提升80%,能耗降低60%以上,显著提高了污水处理系统的可靠性。经处理后的生活污水COD值下降到210 mg/L,符合GB 4914-2008排放标准,为海上平台环保设备升级提供了创新解决方案。

     

    Abstract: In response to the installation and use of electrolytic domestic sewage treatment equipment on the 115FPSO crude oil production facility of CNOOC Shenzhen Branch, serious scaling and difficulty in cleaning inside the electrode plate are prone to occur during use, resulting in a high failure rate of the electrode plate. This article designs an intelligent algorithm based system that can monitor the thickness of scale inside the electrode plate online and perform intelligent cyclic cleaning of the electrode plate. By analyzing the actual working conditions and operational needs of the offshore oil production facility No. 115, combined with the characteristics of electrolytic domestic sewage treatment technology, a human-machine interface system with the function of online monitoring of the internal thickness of electrode plates and issuing alarm prompt information has been developed, which can automatically cycle the cleaning device between electrode plates. The device has been successfully applied on site, achieving online monitoring of electrode plate thickness. When cleaning the electrode plate, the operation time has been shortened from 32 hours/time to 8 hours/time, the cleaning efficiency has been improved by 80%, and the energy consumption has been reduced by more than 60%, significantly improving the reliability of the sewage treatment system. Extend the service life of electrodes, reduce equipment failures, and lower equipment maintenance costs. The COD value of domestic sewage treated by the equipment decreased to 210 mg/L, which is lower than the national environmental protection standard for COD value of marine equipment domestic sewage.
