Abstract:
To address the dynamic performance degradation of hydraulic press hydraulic systems, such as slow response, severe pressure shock and poor operational stability, this paper combines hydraulic control theory with equipment maintenance practices. It analyzes the key factors restricting system dynamic performance, and proposes active regulation methods from three aspects: optimization of closed-loop control algorithms, matching of hardware parameters, and full-working-condition adaptive regulation. Meanwhile, a performance-oriented preventive maintenance system and performance restoration technologies for core components are established. Practical results show that the proposed strategies can effectively improve the system response speed, control accuracy and operational reliability, and reduce the failure rate. This work provides engineering references for performance optimization and operation maintenance management of similar equipment.
