配电室自动巡检系统设计应用

Design and Application of Automatic Inspection System for Power Distribution Room

  • 摘要: 为了解决配电室采用人工巡检效率低、劳动强度大、巡检效率低、准确性差的不足,提出了一种基于红外热成像和视觉检测的配电室自动巡检系统。文章重点对轮式巡检机器巡检系统、自动充电系统、红外监测系统方案进行了分析并开展了实际应用研究,根据在配电室的实际运行表明,该自动巡检系统对配电室的有效巡检覆盖率达到了95.3%,红外热成像模块对故障的预警准确率达到了98.9%,极大的提升了配电室的运行安全性。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low efficiency, high labor intensity, low inspection efficiency, and poor accuracy of manual inspection in distribution rooms, an automatic inspection system for distribution rooms based on infrared thermal imaging and visual inspection is proposed. The article focuses on the research and practical application of the inspection system, automatic charging system, and infrared monitoring system for wheeled inspection machines. According to the actual operation in the distribution room, the effective inspection coverage of the automatic inspection system for the distribution room has reached 95.3%, the accuracy of the infrared thermal imaging module for fault warning has reached 98.9%, Greatly improved the operational safety of the distribution room.
