基于物联网移动车载式压力测试系统的设计

Design of mobile vehicle-mounted pressure test system based on the Internet of Things

  • 摘要: 针对当前国内车载式压力测试系统不能满足高效石油钻井发展要求的问题,设计了一套基于物联网的移动车载式压力测试系统,该文具体对车载式压力测试系统的测试效率和控压精度进行研究,通过引入物联网技术,对测试工艺流程做出优化,使测试效率提升30%~50%。通过引入创新的算法提高了压力的控制精度,从而可以实现高效率压力测试及数字化管理,这对于相关企业的“增效降本”具有参考意义。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem that the current domestic vehicle-mounted pressure test system can not meet the development requirements of high-efficiency oil drilling, this paper designs a set of mobile vehicle-mounted pressure test system based on the Internet of Things, The study specifically investigates the testing efficiency and pressure control accuracy of the system. By introducing IoT technology, the testing process was optimized, resulting in a 30%~50% improvement in testing efficiency. Through innovative algorithm research, the pressure control accuracy has been significantly enhanced. This system enables high-efficiency pressure testing and digital management, demonstrating significant implications for enterprises to "efficiency increase and cost reduction".
