一种智能手持式300 A回路电阻测试仪的研制与实现

Design and Implementation of an Intelligent Handheld 300 A Circuit Resistance Tester

  • 摘要: 针对GIS设备回路电阻最新DL/T 618-2022检测规程要求和智能化检测体系发展需求,提出一种结合智能云APP的300 A手持式回路电阻测试仪研制方案。通过智能开关电源实现大功率恒流源构建,以MOS场效应管为功率器件提供稳定的栅-源电压,保持电流稳定,并利用∑-△型模数转换器对采样量值增量进行量化编码实现线性脉冲编码调制数字信号的高分辨提取,同时配备温度检测模块以实现不同环境的准确测试。通过智能云APP扫描二维码依托蓝牙信号即可实现测试仪实时控制、数据报告生成和设备维护。现场测试表明,测试仪与台式设备所测试回路电阻数据集的差率斜率接近1,且智能云APP可实现对测试仪的实时控制并生成报告,证明所研制设备具备优异的便捷性和可靠性。

     

    Abstract: For the requirements of the latest DL/T 618-2022 testing procedure of loop resistance of GIS equipment and the development of intelligent testing system, a development scheme of handheld 300 A loop resistance tester combined with intelligent cloud APP was proposed. The high power constant current source was realized through intelligent switching power supply. The MOSFET provided stable gate-source voltage for the power device to keep the current stable. The sampling increment was quantized and encoded by the ∑-△ analog-to-digital converter to realize the high-resolution extraction of the linear pulse code modulation digital signal. And the temperature detection module was designed to achieve accurate testing in different environments. Real-time control of the tester, data report generation and equipment maintenance can be achieved by scanning the QR code through the intelligent cloud APP and relying on Bluetooth signals. The slope of the loop resistance data set between tester with benchtop equipment was close to 1. And the intelligent cloud APP can realize the rapid control response to the tester and generate reports, which indicated proved that the developed equipment processed excellent convenience and reliability.
