Simulation Analysis of Roller Crown Value for Calender

  • 摘要: 针对宽幅辊压机使用弧形辊可提高极片厚度一致性的优点,该文提出一种快速且精准的轧辊弧度计算方法。首先对辊压机主体结构开展参数化建模,然后借助工程仿真软件对建立的物理模型开展力学仿真分析,并导出仿真数据。最后结合现场实际工况调整模型参数,得到多种工况对应的弧度曲线。研究结果表明,采用仿真分析获取的主辊弧度曲线可用于指导弧形辊加工,能够提升加工效率、节约生产成本。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the advantage that crown rollers can improve the thickness uniformity of electrodes in wide-width calenders, this paper proposes a fast and accurate calculation method for roller crown values. Firstly, parametric modeling of the main structure of the calender is carried out. Secondly, mechanical simulation analysis of the established physical model is performed via engineering simulation software, and simulation data are exported. Finally, model parameters are adjusted according to actual working conditions to obtain crown curves corresponding to various operating conditions. The research results show that the main roller crown curves obtained by simulation analysis can guide the processing of crown rollers, effectively improving processing efficiency and reducing production costs.
