核电站换料水箱底板缺陷检修工艺研究

Research on the Maintenance Technology for Defects of the Bottom Plate of the Refueling Water Tank in Nuclear Power Plant

  • 摘要: 换料水箱底板渗漏日益成为核电站共性问题。本文首先介绍了核电站换料水箱泄漏背景及结构,并阐述了同类水箱泄漏原因、常见泄漏形式以及目前常用的查漏方法;针对目前无法准确、全面排查漏点等问题,提出了三种改进优化的查漏方法,包括:新增反渗法泄漏检测工艺、提出真空盒显现法工艺及新增正压吸枪法氦检工艺等,并详细分析了三种改进优化的查漏方法在换料水箱底板查漏中的优势及应用效果;对底板缺陷类型及产生原因进行分析,明确了采用贴板方式是现阶段返修较为有效手段,同时,指出了后序需进一步研究解决问题。

     

    Abstract: Refuelling tank floor leakage has become a common problem in nuclear power plants. This paper first introduces the leakage background and structure of refuelling tank in nuclear power plant, and expounds the leakage causes, common leakage forms and common leak detection methods; In order to solve the problem that leakage points cannot be accurately and comprehensively investigated at present, three improved and optimized leak detection methods are proposed, including: new leakage detection technology of reverse osmosis method, proposed vacuum box display method and new positive pressure suction gun method, and the advantages and application effects of three improved and optimized leak detection methods in refuelling tank bottom plate leak detection are analyzed in detail; The types and causes of defects of the bottom plate are analyzed, and it is clear that the pasting method is an effective means of repair at the present stage. At the same time, it is pointed out that the problems need to be solved further.
