大转矩平面摩擦副在风力发电机组中的应用研究

Research on the Application of High Torque Planar Friction Pair in Wind Turbine

  • 摘要: 为满足风电机组中主轴与轮毂对高传扭密度的需求,提出了一种大平面摩擦副传扭结构,并给出了相应的传扭计算公式。同时,分析了影响平面摩擦副传扭能力的关键因素,并探讨了提升其传扭能力的有效措施。在此基础上,进一步提出液压紧配螺栓与高强螺栓均匀交叉组合的连接方式,该结构在不改变连接件尺寸的前提下,可在一定程度上提升传扭能力,具有安装拆卸方便、稳固性强、可靠性高、使用寿命长等优点,具有良好的推广应用前景。

     

    Abstract: According to the requirement of high torsional density of spindle and hub in wind turbine, this paper proposes the torsional structure of large plane friction pair and gives the torsional formula of plane friction pair, analyzes the factors affecting the torsional capacity of friction pair and the measures to improve the torsional capacity of plane friction pair, and further proposes the uniform cross-combination connection mode of hydraulic tightening bolt and high-strength bolt. Without changing the size of the connector, this method improves the torsional ability to a certain extent, and is convenient to install and disassemble, strong stability, good reliability, long service life, and is worth popularizing and applying.
