Design of an Automated DXF Generation System for Sheet-Metal Flat Patterns based on Creo VBAPI

  • 摘要: 该文提出了一种自动生成钣金展开图DXF文件的系统。该系统基于Creo VBAPI二次开发技术,实现了对CAD模型驱动的二维工程图展开视图的识别、提取与重定位,并对图框中的多余图元进行清理,最终完成文档格式的自动转换。实践表明,该系统在钣金件结构设计领域具有较高的应用价值。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a system for the automatic generation of DXF files of sheet-metal flat patterns. The system is developed based on Creo VBAPI secondary development technology, enabling the identification, extraction, and repositioning of CAD model-driven 2D drawing views. It also cleans redundant graphic elements in the drawing frame and completes the automated conversion of document formats. Practical application demonstrates that the system holds significant application value in the field of sheet-metal structure design.
