Design and Application of Rapid Cooling Equipment for Forming of Galvanized Steel Pipe

  • 摘要: 该文聚焦镀锌钢管生产领域,针对现有冷却设备作业时存在的冷气下沉、冷却不均匀、喷淋后管道清理不便等问题,提出一种新型镀锌钢管成型快速冷却设备及冷却方法。文中系统阐述了设备结构与工作原理,并全面分析其性能优势。经钢管生产企业实际应用验证,该装置可有效提升冷却效率、优化冷却均匀性、提高作业效率,可为镀锌钢管生产工艺优化提供新思路与技术参考。

     

    Abstract: This paper focuses on the production field of galvanized steel pipes. In view of the problems of existing cooling equipment, such as cold air sinking, uneven cooling, and inconvenient pipe cleaning after spraying, a new type of rapid cooling equipment and cooling method for galvanized steel pipe forming is proposed. The paper systematically elaborates the structural composition and working principle of the equipment, and comprehensively analyzes its performance advantages. Verified by practical application in steel pipe manufacturers, the device can effectively improve cooling efficiency, optimize cooling uniformity and enhance operational efficiency. It provides new ideas and technical references for the process optimization of galvanized steel pipe production.
