Finite Element Analysis of an Overhead Traveling Movable Formwork System

  • 摘要: 针对上行式移动模架模板系统的结构安全性问题,该文选取内外模板在临界工况下的最危险节段,利用ANSYS进行仿真分析,分别建立了内外模板的有限元模型,其中钢面板采用板壳单元进行模拟,框架梁体系采用梁单元进行模拟。在载荷施加方面,充分考虑了混凝土浇筑作业的施工特点与实际受力工况。完成内外模板钢板壳体和框架梁的强度和刚度校核后,进一步对内外模板的受压支撑杆进行了稳定性校核。研究证实该模板系统在极端施工荷载下仍具有良好的结构可靠性,为移动模架的安全性评估提供了可靠的理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the structural safety of the overhead traveling movable formwork system, this paper selects the most critical segments of the inner and outer formwork under critical working conditions and conducts simulation analyses using ANSYS. Finite element models of the inner and outer formwork are established, in which the steel panels are modeled using shell elements and the frame beam system is modeled using beam elements. In terms of load application, the construction characteristics and actual loading conditions of concrete pouring operations are fully considered. After completing the strength and stiffness verification of the steel panel shells and frame beams of the inner and outer formwork, the stability of the compression support members of both formwork systems is further evaluated. The results confirm that the formwork system maintains good structural reliability even under extreme construction loads, providing a reliable theoretical basis for the safety assessment of movable formwork systems.
