Analysis and Measures for the Thread Fracture of the Axle Active Bevel Gear Shaft

  • 摘要: 该文基于材料断裂形貌学分析与金相学分析方法,首先对客车车桥主动锥齿轮轴螺纹断裂问题的主要原因进行了分析,指出螺纹根部应力集中、硬度偏高与装配间隙共同作用是齿轮轴螺纹断裂的关键因素,然后从螺纹加工工艺和装配方面提出了针对性改进措施,最后经过实践验证,有效解决了齿轮轴螺纹断裂问题。

     

    Abstract: This paper based on the analysis methods of material fracture morphology and metallography, first analyzes the main causes of the thread fracture problem of the active bevel gear shaft of the bus axle, pointing out that the stress concentration at the thread root and excessively high hardness, combined with the interaction of assembly clearance, are the main factors leading to the thread fracture of the bevel gear shaft. Then, targeted improvement measures are proposed from the aspects of thread processing technology and assembly. Finally, after practical verification, the thread fracture problem of the gear shaft has been effectively solved.
