Computational Analysis of the Lifting Force of Clamping Friction Overspeed Governor

  • 摘要: 为保证夹持式摩擦限速器提拉力能满足安全钳起作用的需要,要对夹持式摩擦限速器提拉力进行计算分析。简化夹持式摩擦限速器提拉力计算模型,得出提拉力计算简化结果。建立有限元建模,进行瞬态动力学分析,得出应力及位移计算结果。分析提拉力与夹持力之间关系,总结影响夹持式摩擦限速器提应力相关因素,并采取相应预防措施,对限速器和安全钳维修保养、检验等环节提供相应参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure that the lifting force of the clamping friction overspeed governor can meet the needs of the safety gear, the lifting force of the clamping friction overspeed governor should be calculated and analyzed. Simplify the calculation model of lifting force of clamping friction overspeed governor, and get the simplified calculation result of lifting force. The finite element modeling is established, the transient dynamic analysis is carried out, and the calculation results of stress and displacement are obtained. This paper analyzes the relationship between the lifting force and clamping force, and summarizes the related factors affecting the lifting force of the clamping friction overspeed governor, takes corresponding preventive measures, and provides corresponding references for the maintenance and inspection of overspeed governor and safety gear.
