振动试验下不同加固件对螺钉连接性能的影响研究

Study on Influence of Different Reinforcing Parts on Screw Connection Performance under Vibration Test

  • 摘要: 该文旨在研究振动试验条件下,钢丝螺套、插销钢套两种不同螺纹加固件对螺钉连接强度及连接性能的影响,采用定量分析与数值模拟相结合的方法,对比两类加固方式在振动工况下对紧固件抗振性、连接稳定性等性能的作用效果。研究结果可为振动环境下机械结构设计与螺纹连接方案选型提供理论依据与实践参考。

     

    Abstract: This paper aims to study the effects of two different thread reinforcements, namely wire thread inserts and bolt steel sleeves, on the strength and overall performance of screw connections under vibration test conditions. By combining quantitative analysis and numerical simulation, it compares the influences of the two reinforcement methods on the vibration resistance and connection stability of fasteners under vibration conditions. The research results can provide theoretical basis and practical reference for mechanical structure design and thread connection scheme selection in vibration environments.
