水泵机械结构参数对运行性能影响研究

Research on the Influence of Pump Mechanical Structure Parameters on Operational Performance

  • 摘要: 水泵的机械结构参数和运行性能有着复杂的关联关系,叶轮几何参数和蜗壳结构参数的合理匹配直接影响设备效率,该文通过开展数值模拟以及实验验证,系统地分析了叶片数量、出口角、蜗壳径向间隙等关键参数对水泵运行性能的影响规律。数值计算结果表明:6片叶轮的效率能够达到85.2%;叶片出口角为25°时扬程峰值是32.8 m。实验验证了数值模拟的准确性,优化方案样机的效率达到85.3%,比基准方案提升4.1%,该成果为水泵的优化设计提供了理论依据。

     

    Abstract: There is a complex correlation between the mechanical structural parameters and operation performance of water pumps. Reasonable matching between impeller geometric parameters and volute structural parameters directly affects equipment efficiency. In this paper, numerical simulation and experimental verification are carried out to systematically analyze the influence laws of key parameters such as blade number, outlet angle and volute radial clearance on the operation performance of water pumps. The numerical results show that the efficiency of the 6-blade impeller can reach 85.2%, and the head peak is 32.8 m when the blade outlet angle is 25°. Experiments verify the accuracy of the numerical simulation. The efficiency of the optimized prototype reaches 85.3%, which is 4.1% higher than that of the baseline scheme. The results provide a theoretical basis for the optimal design of water pumps.
