Welding Improvement of Q345E-Z25 Steel for Door Frame of Wind Power Tower Barrel

  • 摘要: 本文从风电门框材料Q345E-Z25的化学成分和机械性能出发,针对性选出了实心焊丝ER50-6和药芯焊丝E501T-1两种焊丝作为实验对象,重点论述了两种焊材的焊缝和焊接热影响区域的机械性能及低温下抗冲击性能,得出药芯焊丝E501T-1焊缝及焊接热影响区域机械性能及低温下抗冲击性能与母材基本一致,验证了药芯焊丝E501T-1作为风电门框焊接材料的可行性,且药芯焊丝E501T-1较其他焊丝成本更低,有很好的推广价值和经济效益。

     

    Abstract: This paper starts from the chemical composition and mechanical properties of Q345E-Z25, a door frame of wind power tower barrel, and selects ER50-6 solid wire and E501T-1 flux-cored wire as experimental objects specifically. The paper focuses on the mechanical properties and impact resistance at low temperatures of the weld seam and weld heat-affected zone of both wires, concluding that the mechanical properties and impact resistance at low temperatures of the weld seam and weld heat-affected zone of E501T-1 flux-cored wire are basically consistent with the base material, verifying the feasibility of E501T-1 flux-cored wire as a welding material for door frame of wind power tower barrel. Furthermore, E501T-1 flux-cored wire has lower costs than other wires, making it have great promotion value and economic benefits.
