卷料搬运无人自动引导车AGV设计

The Design of Automated Guided Vehicle for Coiled Material Transportation

  • 摘要: 卷料搬运场景目前广泛存在于服装,造纸、纺织、医疗、新能源等行业,传统方式卷料搬运过程中主要依靠人工操作简易设备进行,其作业方式存在人工操作困难、作业强度大,作业效率低下等问题。该文针对卷料搬运过程中的技术难点,提出了一种用于卷料搬用的AGV(无人自动引导车)设计方案,确认了该方案的特定场景及设计需求,论述了重载卷料利用 AGV产品结构及动力学分析。该类型AGV可以实现自动化装载和搬运卷料到存储仓库或生产设备,设计方案能够提高卷料的搬运效率,降低人工劳动强度,节省人工成本。

     

    Abstract: At present, coiled material transportation is widely used in clothing, papermaking, textile, medical treatment, new energy and other industries. The traditional method of coil handling mainly relies on manual operation of simple equipment, which has slow transport speed, high labor intensity, and low working efficiency. This paper addresses technical challenges in coil material handling by proposing an AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) design solution for coil transportation. It identifies specific application scenarios and design requirements, while discussing the structural and dynamic analysis of AGVs for heavy-duty coil handling. This AGV type enables automated loading and transportation of coils to storage warehouses or production equipment. The design enhances material handling efficiency, reduces manual labor intensity, and lowers labor costs.
