卷料搬运无人自动引导车AGV设计

The Design of Automated Guided Vehicle for Coiled Material Transportation

  • 摘要: 卷料搬运场景目前广泛存在于服装、造纸、纺织、医疗、新能源等行业,传统方式卷料搬运过程中主要依靠人工操作简易设备进行,其作业方式存在人工操作困难、作业强度大、作业效率低下等问题。该文针对卷料搬运过程中的技术难点,提出了一种用于卷料搬用的AGV(无人自动引导车)设计方案,确认了该方案的特定场景及设计需求,并对重载卷料的AGV结构及动力学特性进行了分析。该类型AGV可以实现自动化装载和搬运卷料到存储仓库或生产设备,设计方案能够提高卷料的搬运效率,降低人工劳动强度,节省人工成本。

     

    Abstract: The handling of coiled materials is currently widespread in industries such as apparel, paper, textiles, medical, and new energy. In traditional coiled material handling, operations mainly rely on manual handling with simple equipment, which presents problems such as difficulty in manual operation, high labor intensity, and low operational efficiency.This paper addresses the technical challenges in the coiled material handling process and proposes a design scheme for an Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) for coil handling. The specific application scenarios and design requirements of the AGV are identified, and the structural and dynamic characteristics of the AGV for handling heavy coils are analyzed. This type of AGV can achieve automated loading and transport of coils to storage warehouses or production equipment. The proposed design scheme can improve handling efficiency, reduce manual labor intensity, and save labor costs.
