Abstract:
Nozzles are one of the key components in fluid injection systems, serving as devices for ejecting fluids or gases. They are widely used across various fields such as chemical engineering. In view of the problem that the delustering fibre cannot be produced due to the difficult in delustering agent configuration, transportation, delivery and unequal reasons in the production of delustering fiber in an acrylic fiber factory. Through the update of the delustering agent preparation process and the replacement of the equipment of the delustering agent mixture system, innovative design, and the development of specially designed titanium dioxide nozzle components, the difficulty and uneven mixing of the extinction mixture were completely solved. The equipment gets a long-cycle operation.The device can continuously produce mass production.Product quality and output have increased substantially.Energy consumption and cost are significantly reduced.It provides ideas for future equipment update and high-end intelligent improvement.
