煤矿下运皮带机阻尼托辊的设计及应用分析

Design and Application Analysis of Damping Roller for Coal Mine Conveyor Belt Conveyor

  • 摘要: 针对矿井巷道存在的运输工况复杂、皮带机运输距离长、下运皮带机易出现飞车等运输安全隐患大的问题,为更好地保障矿井下运皮带机的安全稳定运行,该文基于皮带机的主要结构及具体工作原理,为下运皮带机设计了阻尼托辊,介绍了阻尼托辊的主要结构,设计了阻尼托辊的关键构件,并进行了模拟仿真应用与实际应用测试,验证了阻尼托辊在控制皮带机运行速度方面的有效性。研究结果表明,应用阻尼托辊可有效控制下运皮带机运行速度,更好地保障皮带机实现安全、稳定、高效运行。

     

    Abstract: In response to the complex transportation conditions of mine tunnels, long transportation distances of belt conveyors, and the high risk of runaway during transportation, this paper designs a damping idler for downward belt conveyors based on the main structure and specific working principle of the belt conveyor, in order to better ensure the safe and stable operation of downward belt conveyors in mines. The main structure of the damping idler is introduced, the key components of the damping idler are designed, and simulation applications as well as practical application tests are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the damping idler in controlling the operating speed of the belt conveyor. The research results indicate that the application of damping rollers can effectively control the operating speed of the conveyor belt, better ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the conveyor belt.
