汽车悬架系统参数对整车振动性能的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Automobile Suspension System Parameters on the Whole Vehicle Vibration Performance

  • 摘要: 为探究悬架系统参数对整车振动性能的影响,本文以单自由度变刚度悬架系统为研究对象,通过建立力学模型与运动微分方程,采用多尺度法求解方程并结合数值仿真,分析弹簧刚度、悬架阻尼、激励频率、激励振幅及初始条件等参数对系统振动特性的影响。研究表明,系统参数通过改变幅频特性和运动状态,直接影响整车振动稳定性与乘坐舒适度,为悬架系统参数优化设计提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: To explore the influence of suspension system parameters on the vibration performance of the entire vehicle, this paper takes a single-degree-of-freedom variable stiffness suspension system as the research object. By establishing a mechanical model and motion differential equation, the multi-scale method is used to solve the equation and combined with numerical simulation to analyze the influence of parameters such as spring stiffness, suspension damping, excitation frequency, excitation amplitude and initial conditions on the vibration characteristics of the system. The research shows that system parameters directly affect the vibration stability and ride comfort of the entire vehicle by changing the amplitude-frequency characteristics and motion state, providing a theoretical basis for the optimization design of suspension system parameters.
