Abstract:
Starting from the traditional heat pump washer and dryer, the air duct of the contemporary heat pump washer and drywaser was analyzed and studied. Under the condition of ensuring the optimum size and capacity of the evaporator and condenser, a new air duct was designed. Then the CFD fluid analysis tool was used to analyze and optimize the air duct comprehensively. Secondly, the centrifugal fan filtration system of the heat pump system were designed and optimized and the innovative design of fresh air system was presented. Finally, experimental tests were carried out under stable operating conditions of the heat pump system. The test results showed that the optimized airflow increased by 34.1% compared to the original design, and the heating capacity of the heat pump system improved by 16.4%.
