热泵洗烘机新风系统的设计及有限元分析

Design and Finite Element Analysis of Fresh Air System of Heat Pump Washer and Dryer

  • 摘要: 该文从传统热泵洗烘一体机出发,对当前热泵洗烘一体机的风道进行了分析研究。在确保蒸发器与冷凝器尺寸和性能最优的前提下,设计了一种全新的风道结构。然后利用CFD流体分析工具,对风道进行了全面的流体分析与优化,同时对热泵系统离心风扇、过滤组件进行了设计与优化,给出了创新设计的新风系统。最后,在确保热泵系统工况稳定的条件下进行了试验测试:优化后的风量比优化前风量提升了34.1%,热泵系统制热量提升了16.4%。

     

    Abstract: Starting from the traditional heat pump washer and dryer, the air duct of the contemporary heat pump washer and drywaser was analyzed and studied. Under the condition of ensuring the optimum size and capacity of the evaporator and condenser, a new air duct was designed. Then the CFD fluid analysis tool was used to analyze and optimize the air duct comprehensively. Secondly, the centrifugal fan filtration system of the heat pump system were designed and optimized and the innovative design of fresh air system was presented. Finally, experimental tests were carried out under stable operating conditions of the heat pump system. The test results showed that the optimized airflow increased by 34.1% compared to the original design, and the heating capacity of the heat pump system improved by 16.4%.
