弹性涂层颗粒阻尼器的耗能分析

Energy Consumption Analysis for Particle Damper with Elastic Material Coating

  • 摘要: 颗粒阻尼技术作为一种有效的振动控制方法,近年来在工程领域得到了广泛关注。深入研究了颗粒阻尼的摩擦耗能机理,探讨了颗粒间的摩擦、碰撞以及弹性涂层在耗能过程中的作用。通过建立详细的耗能模型,分析了颗粒阻尼器在不同条件下的耗能效果,并比较了有无弹性涂层钢球的摩擦耗能差异。实验结果表明,弹性涂层显著提高了颗粒阻尼器的耗能效率,增强了系统的减振效果。本文的研究为颗粒阻尼技术的进一步应用提供了理论依据和实验支持。

     

    Abstract: As an effective vibration control method, particle damping technology has been widely concerned in the engineering field in recent years. In this paper, the friction energy dissipation mechanism of particle damping is deeply studied, and the friction and collision between particles and the role of elastic coating in energy dissipation are discussed. By establishing a detailed energy consumption model, the energy consumption effect of particle dampers under different conditions is analyzed, and the friction energy consumption difference of steel balls with or without elastic coating is compared. The experimental results show that the elastic coating significantly improves the energy consumption efficiency of the particle damper and enhances the vibration reduction effect of the system. The research in this paper provides theoretical basis and experimental support for the further application of particle damping technology.
