Flexible Production Line Virtual Commissioning Platform

  • 摘要: 针对自动化生产线的生产周期长、编程及调试时间短、容易产生逻辑错误及设备的运行故障等问题,该文提出搭建虚拟调试平台进行PLC逻辑编程及验证的设计方案,重点针对生产线设备的运行逻辑、工艺流程及设备间数据通讯开展了验证与优化;同时完成了生产线设备的三维建模与虚拟调试。通过反复仿真试验,对生产线虚拟运行逻辑及排产算法进行校验,确定了生产线设备的最优运行逻辑与 RGV 物料搬运最优调度算法。该设计可有效规避方案设计与决策环节的失误,有助于提升企业自动化项目的开发效率,也为增强生产线数据采集、分析与处理能力提供了重要参考依据。

     

    Abstract: In response to issues prolonged production cycles, short programming and debugging times, susceptibility to logical errors, and operational failures in automated production lines, a design scheme for constructing a virtual debugging platform for PLC logic programming and verification has been proposed. This scheme focuses on verifying and optimizing the operational logic of equipment, the process flow, and data communication between devices within the production line. It involves the three-dimensional modeling of the equipment and virtual debugging. Through repeated testing of the virtual operational logic of the production line and verification of the production scheduling algorithm, the optimal operational logic for the equipment and the most efficient algorithm for RGV material handling have been determined. This design effectively helps enterprises reduce errors caused by design and decision-making, thereby enhancing the development efficiency of automation projects and providing significant reference for data collection, analysis, and processing capabilities.
