织构参数对卧式泵柱塞表面润滑性能的影响

The InfluEnce of Texture Parameters on the Lubrication Performance of the Horizontal Pump Piston Surface

  • 摘要: 针对卧式泵柱塞液力端因水粘度较低、润滑性差导致的柱塞磨损问题,建立了交错排布表面织构的CFD润滑仿真模型,研究了织构参数对润滑膜性能的影响。通过分析单周期内织构表面静压力、承载力和摩擦因数的变化规律,研究交错角、织构半径和深度对润滑膜润滑特性的影响。结果表明:织构参数对润滑性能的影响顺序为:织构半径>交错角度>织构深度;相较于均匀排布织构,采用交错角度为40°的织构可使润滑膜承载力提升52.2%、摩擦因数降低34.4%。

     

    Abstract: Addressing the issue of piston wear in the hydraulic end of horizontal pumps due to low water viscosity and poor lubricity, a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) lubrication simulation model featuring staggered surface textures was established. The study investigated the impact of texture parameters on the performance of the lubrication film. By analyzing the variation patterns of static pressure, load capacity, and friction coefficient on the textured surface within a single cycle, the effects of stagger angle, texture radius, and depth on the lubrication characteristics of the lubrication film were explored. The results indicate that the order of influence of texture parameters on lubrication performance is as follows: texture radius > stagger angle > texture depth. Compared to uniformly arranged textures, using a stagger angle of 40° can enhance the load capacity of the lubrication film by 52.2% and reduce the friction coefficient by 34.4%.
