圆锥破碎机腔型磨损形貌建模与性能影响分析

  • 摘要: 为准确分析破碎腔磨损对设备运行性能的影响,该文提出了一种适用于圆锥破碎机的腔型磨损形貌建模方法。该方法能够有效反映腔型在不同生产阶段的形貌演变,并结合功率模型、出料级配模型及产量模型,构建从腔型形貌变化到运行性能演变的系统分析框架。通过与现场实测数据对比发现,该模型计算结果具有较高吻合度,验证了模型的准确性与可靠性。在此基础上进一步对腔型形貌进行优化设计,提升了设备在磨损状态下的生产能力与成品率。研究成果为圆锥破碎机的磨损评估与结构优化提供了理论依据与实用方法。

     

    Abstract: In order to accurately analyze the impact of crushing chamber wear on equipment performance, this paper proposes a cavity wear morphology modeling method suitable for cone crushers. This method can effectively reflect the morphological evolution of cavity shapes at different production stages, and combined with power models, discharge grading models, and yield models, a systematic analysis framework from cavity shape changes to operational performance evolution is constructed. By comparing with the on-site measured data, the calculated results of the model have a high degree of agreement, which verifies the accuracy and reliability of the model. On this basis, further optimization of the cavity shape design has improved the production capacity and yield of the equipment under wear conditions. The research results provide theoretical basis and practical methods for the wear assessment and structural optimization of cone crushers.
