矿井皮带机电控系统优化设计

Research on Optimization of Electric Control System for Mine Belt Conveyor

  • 摘要: 为促进皮带机实现节能降耗运行,基于皮带机电控系统运行原理,对皮带机电控系统进行了优化,设计了皮带机电控系统的硬件部分及软件部分,并进行了应用测试,结果表明:通过应用本安型传感器及PLC可编程控制器,可实时监测皮带机运行工况,更好的保障皮带机的安全稳定运行,皮带机电控系统经优化后,可减少2个操作岗位,每年可节约1.2×105元的工资支出,皮带机每周可减少耗电量30857 kW·h,降低了皮带机运行成本,促进了皮带机运行的节能降耗。

     

    Abstract: In order to promote the energy-saving and consumption reducing operation of the belt conveyor, based on the operating principle of the belt conveyor electric control system, the belt conveyor electric control system was optimized. The hardware and software parts of the belt conveyor electric control system were designed, and application testing was carried out. The results showed that by applying intrinsic safety sensors and PLC programmable controllers, the operating conditions of the belt conveyor could be monitored in real time, better ensuring the safe and stable operation of the belt conveyor. After optimization, the belt conveyor electric control system can reduce 2 operating positions, save 1.2×105 yuan in annual wage expenses, reduce the weekly electricity consumption of the belt conveyor by 30857 kW·h, reduce the operating cost of the belt conveyor, and promote energy-saving and consumption reducing of the belt conveyor operation.
