轻型卡车前悬置强度和刚度研究

  • 摘要: 轻型卡车悬置的翻转机构是利用扭杆的扭矩抵消驾驶室的重力矩来实现驾驶室的翻转。行业内常见问题是轻型卡车前悬置扭杆应力超过弹簧钢的屈服极限导致扭杆的扭力衰减。单扭杆翻转机构由于受力不对称导致的驾驶室偏转会造成驾驶室后悬置锁止机构及驾驶室与车厢的干涉。文中笔者基于力学理论和仿真模拟计算得出最优的扭杆直径尺寸和驾驶室翻转角度,验证了悬置设计方案的有效性,满足了驾驶室翻转力低于280 N的行业标准,实现了对于驾驶室预偏转数值的预测,保证了轻型卡车的安全性和美观性。
