Abstract:
This paper begins by discussing the importance of soil aggregates for soil structure and crop growth. In response to the limitations of existing soil aggregate analyzers, it then presents the design of a new soil aggregate analyzer, which includes the mechanical body, drive unit, control system, crank-slider mechanism, sieving assembly, limit device, and other components. By optimizing the driving device, crank-slider mechanism, and screening components, we ensure stable vertical movement of the screening components, effectively preventing shaking during the screening process. The driving device is positioned in the upper area of the screening component to minimize the risk of accidents during analyzer usage. Through testing soil samples, we have verified that the analyzer exhibits excellent stability and accuracy. This research achievement holds significant importance in enhancing soil analysis technology, ensuring test result reliability, and offering robust support for scientific research and technological applications in related fields.
