New Technology and Application of Installation of Hinge Support Bolts for Radial Gates

  • 摘要: 在水电站金属结构弧形闸门支铰安装过程中,支铰螺栓的安装精度决定着后期闸门的安装精度,对整个闸门安装起到至关重要的作用。一般支铰螺栓的安装工艺需要对每个螺栓的安装过程进行单独测量和控制。由于螺栓数量多且均处于空间位置,测量与定位过程十分复杂,往往导致后期支铰安装精度不高,从而影响整体安装质量。该文通过对传统安装方法的研究与分析,提出采用模拟支铰的安装辅助装置对螺栓群进行整体控制的新方案,从而简化传统工艺流程,提高施工质量与效率。该工艺的成功应用为水电闸门安装工程提供了有益的参考。

     

    Abstract: In the installation process of the metal structure radial gate support hinge in hydropower stations, the installation accuracy of the support hinge bolts determines the later installation accuracy of the gate and plays a crucial role in the entire gate installation. However, the general installation process for hinge bolts involves measuring and controlling the installation of each bolt. Due to the large number of bolts and their spatial positions, the measurement and positioning are very complex, resulting in low accuracy of hinge installation in the later stage and affecting the quality of hinge installation. Through research and analysis of traditional installation methods, this paper proposes an integrated control scheme for bolt groups using an installation auxiliary device with simulated hinges. This approach simplifies conventional installation processes while enhancing construction quality and efficiency. The successful implementation experience of this process can provide reference for the installation of hydropower gates.
