Process Method of Stainless Steel Piston Ring for Power Plant Steam Turbine

  • 摘要: 该文以06Cr19Ni10不锈钢材质大型薄壁圆环工件为例,因其径向尺寸远大于轴向尺寸易产生翘曲变形,导致工件正、反面跳动及表面粗糙度精度超差难题,同时因其具有Z字形搭接面结构特征,接配间隙合格情况下更不易保证精密尺寸及形位公差要求的问题,通过分析不锈钢材质特性及工件结构特点,设计了组合夹具与工艺流程。实践证明,所设计的组合夹具与加工工艺保证了工件精度,对类似零件生产具有很好的借鉴和推广价值。

     

    Abstract: This paper takes a large-scale thin-walled circular ring workpiece made of 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel as an example. Due to its radial dimensions being significantly greater than its axial dimensions, warping deformation is prone to occur, leading to issues such as runout on both the front and reverse sides of the workpiece, as well as surface roughness precision exceeding tolerances. Additionally, the Z-shaped overlapping surface structure makes it difficult to ensure precise dimensional and geometric tolerances even when the mating clearance is within specification. By analysing the material properties of stainless steel and the structural characteristics of the workpiece, a combination fixture and process flow were designed. By analyzing the characteristics of stainless steel material and workpiece structure, a combination fixture and process flow were designed.Practice has proven that the designed combination fixture and processing technology ensure the accuracy of the workpiece.This method has good reference and promotion value for the production of similar parts.
