Abstract:
This paper takes a large-scale thin-walled circular ring workpiece made of 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel as an example. Due to its radial dimensions being significantly greater than its axial dimensions, warping deformation is prone to occur, leading to issues such as runout on both the front and reverse sides of the workpiece, as well as surface roughness precision exceeding tolerances. Additionally, the Z-shaped overlapping surface structure makes it difficult to ensure precise dimensional and geometric tolerances even when the mating clearance is within specification. By analysing the material properties of stainless steel and the structural characteristics of the workpiece, a combination fixture and process flow were designed. By analyzing the characteristics of stainless steel material and workpiece structure, a combination fixture and process flow were designed.Practice has proven that the designed combination fixture and processing technology ensure the accuracy of the workpiece.This method has good reference and promotion value for the production of similar parts.
