Abstract:
The vehicle lamp assembly line is composed of multiple pieces of equipment with different functions. Accuracy as a key performance indicator of the equipment, is an important prerequisite for ensuring the production yield of lamps. Taking the pallet lifting mechanism of the equipment as an example, this paper determines the theoretical assembly accuracy through tolerance analysis and calculation based on assembly dimension chains. Meanwhile, high-precision measuring instruments are used to perform multi-point height measurements on each pallet, and an equipment accuracy index is calculated by combining the measured values with the theoretical values. In this way, it is verified whether the equipment meets the designed accuracy requirements, ensuring compliance with factory acceptance criteria.
