Study on compilation method of load spectrum for main bearing of large diameter shield machine

  • 摘要: 盾构机核心部件——主轴承结构故障将严重影响盾构机寿命,盾构机是隧道掘进的重要设备,需要对主轴承载荷谱进行精确计算和编制,以提高主轴承设计寿命的准确性。以某实际工程盾构机主轴承为例,通过雨流计数法对主轴承的时间进程进行分析和统计,对主轴承结构进行简化,对主轴承进行受力分析,计算出主轴承的径向负荷、倾覆力矩和轴向负荷的计算公式,并采用不等间距方法将幅值负荷划分为十级,编制出盾构机主轴承的十级载荷谱。为轴承疲劳分析提供数据支持,预测轴承的使用寿命。优化轴承设计,提高工作可靠性和耐久性。

     

    Abstract: The structural failure of the main bearing, the core component of the shield machine, will seriously affect the life of the shield machine. The shield machine is an important equipment for tunnel excavation. It is necessary to accurately calculate and compile the load spectrum of the main bearing to improve the accuracy of the design life of the main bearing. Taking the main bearing of a shield machine in a practical project as an example, the time process of the main bearing is analyzed and counted by the rain flow counting method, the main bearing structure is simplified, the force analysis of the main bearing is carried out, and the calculation formulas of the radial load, overturning moment and axial load of the main bearing are calculated. The amplitude load is divided into ten levels by the unequal spacing method, and the ten-level load spectrum of the main bearing of the shield machine is compiled.Provide data support for bearing fatigue analysis and predict the service life of the bearing. Optimize bearing design to improve working reliability and durability.
