大直径盾构机主轴承载荷谱编制

Study on Compilation Method of Load Spectrum for Main Bearing of Large Diameter Shield Machine

  • 摘要: 盾构机是隧道掘进的重要装备,主轴承作为盾构机的核心部件,其结构故障将严重影响整机寿命。因此,有必要对主轴承载荷谱进行精确计算与编制,以提高其设计寿命预测的准确性。该文以某实际工程盾构机主轴承为例,通过雨流计数法对主轴承的时间进程进行分析和统计,同时对主轴承结构进行简化并开展受力分析,计算出主轴承的径向负荷、倾覆力矩和轴向负荷的计算公式;然后采用不等间距方法将幅值负荷划分为十级,编制出盾构机主轴承的十级载荷谱。该研究为主轴承疲劳分析提供了数据支持,可用于预测轴承使用寿命,优化轴承结构设计,提高其工作可靠性与耐久性。

     

    Abstract: Shield machines are essential equipment for tunnel excavation. As a core component of the shield machine, the main bearing plays a critical role, and structural failure of the main bearing can seriously affect the service life of the entire machine. Therefore, it is necessary to accurately calculate and compile the load spectrum of the main bearing to improve the accuracy of its design life prediction.Taking the main bearing of a shield machine used in a practical engineering project as an example, this study analyzes and statistically processes the time-history data of the main bearing using the rainflow counting method. Meanwhile, the main bearing structure is simplified for mechanical analysis, and the calculation formulas for radial load, overturning moment, and axial load of the main bearing are derived. Subsequently, the amplitude loads are divided into ten levels using an unequal interval method, and a ten-level load spectrum of the shield machine main bearing is compiled. The research provides data support for fatigue analysis of the main bearing, which can be used to predict bearing service life, optimize bearing structural design, and improve its operational reliability and durability.
