矿井供电系统高压综合保护装置的设计及应用分析

Design and Application Analysis of High Voltage Comprehensive Protection Device for Mine Power Supply System

  • 摘要: 针对矿井现用供电系统自动化,智能化水平低,易出现越级跳闸的问题,基于当前矿用高压综合保护系统现存的不足,结合高压综合保障装置应具备的主要功能,应用ARM控制器与FPAG控制器设计了新的矿用高压综合保护装置,介绍了该装置的整体结构,具体设计了该装置的硬件部分及软件部分,并进行了应用测试,测试结果表明:应用该高压综合保护装置可有效防治矿井供电系统的越级跳闸问题,提升了矿井供电系统运行的自动化,智能化水平,达到了更好的保障了矿井供电系统的安全稳定连续运行的目的。

     

    Abstract: In response to the low level of automation and intelligence in the current power supply system of mines, which is prone to leapfrog tripping, a new mining high-voltage comprehensive protection device was designed based on the existing shortcomings of the current mining high-voltage comprehensive protection system and the main functions that the high-voltage comprehensive protection device should have. The overall structure of the device was introduced, and the hardware and software parts of the device were specifically designed. Application testing was carried out, and the test results showed that the application of this high-voltage comprehensive protection device can effectively prevent and control the leapfrog tripping problem of the mining power supply system, improve the automation and intelligence level of the mining power supply system operation, and achieve the goal of better ensuring the safe, stable and continuous operation of the mining power supply system.
