排气歧管下隔热罩冲压成形工艺设计及仿真分析

Technological Design and Simulation Analysis of Stamping Forming Process for Heat Shield under Exhaust Manifold

  • 摘要: 该文针对汽车排气歧管下隔热罩在冲压成型过程中出现的破裂、起皱以及材料性能失效等问题进行了深入探讨。通过运用 AutoformR8 软件,对工艺补充面的几何形状、尺寸及布局进行反复设计与优化,能够在设计阶段提前预测潜在问题,并据此进行相应调整。通过精确控制,掌握了成型后零件的质量指标,包括板料各部位的减薄情况及最终成型极限图。研究结果不仅为排气歧管下隔热罩的成型提供了理论依据,还提升了零件的加工品质,缩短了生产周期,并在降低制造成本方面具有重要参考价值。

     

    Abstract: This study explores in depth the problems of cracking, wrinkling, and material performance failure that occur during the stamping process of the heat shield under the exhaust manifold of automobiles. By using AutoformR8 software, this study repeatedly designed the geometric shape, size, and layout of the process supplement surface, predicted potential problems in the design phase, and made corresponding adjustments and optimizations based on them. By precise control, we have mastered the quality indicators of the formed parts, including the thinning values of each part of the sheet metal and the final forming limit diagram of the sheet metal. This study provides a theoretical basis for the formation of the heat shield under the exhaust manifold, while improving the machining quality of the parts, shortening the production cycle, and providing important reference value in reducing costs.
