Design and Experimental Verification of Storage Tank for Large Underwater Vehicle

  • 摘要: 本文设计了一种用于对贮存环境有特殊要求的产品专用贮存箱,文中首先通过分析对比现有技术及各种结构的利弊最终确定了贮存箱的最优结构方案,并开展了总体设计确定了实现方案,根据设计流程进行了贮存箱密封性、结构强度、监控装置设计,并开展了试验验证,以及对试验数据进行了分析、总结,为大型水下产品的长期贮存提供应用参考。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a special storage box for large underwater vehicles with special requirements for storage environment is designed. Firstly, the optimal structure scheme of the storage box is determined by analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing technology and various structures, and the overall design is carried out to determine the implementation scheme. According to the design process, the tightness, structural strength and monitoring device of the storage box are designed, and the experimental verification is carried out. The test data are analyzed and summarized, which provides an application reference for the long-term storage of large underwater vehicles.
