基于TRIZ理论的火电机组密封环工艺流程改进

Improvement of Sealing Ring Process for Thermal Power Generation Equipment based on TRIZ Theory

  • 摘要: TRIZ方法论是广泛应用于工程技术行业的创新理论,通过40个发明原理、八大进化法等技术体系可系统解决生产实际问题、开展技术预判并研发新技术。该文针对火电机组主油泵密封环车、铣加工效率低下问题,通过TRIZ理论的灵活运用,开展了密封环车削定位工装、铣削集成制造优化试验,得出最优工艺流程。改进后,密封环效率得到了提升,创造了良好的经济效益。该方法对机加领域生产具有很好的借鉴和推广价值。

     

    Abstract: TRIZ methodology is an innovative theory widely used in the engineering technology industry. Through technical systems such as 40 invention principles and eight major evolutionary methods, we can systematically solve the actual production needs, qualitative technical predictions, and invent new technologies. This paper addresses the issue of low efficiency in the turning and milling of seal rings for main oil pumps in thermal power generation units, through the flexible application of TRIZ theory, seal ring turning positioning tooling and milling integrated manufacturing optimization tests were carried out to obtain the optimal process flow, improve the efficiency of seal ring and create good economic benefits. This method has good reference and promotion value for production in the field of machine-added production.
