基于ANSYS Workbench的航天壳体零件专用夹具设计

Design of Special Fixtures for Aerospace Shell Parts based on ANSYS Workbench

  • 摘要: 针对某大型航天壳体零件的工艺性特点,确定零件的基本定位方案、夹紧装置以及夹具体,由加工中的切削力确定夹紧力,并选用对应的气缸,设计专用T型压板,以此确定夹具体。为进一步分析夹紧力对零件加工精度的影响,利用有限元方法对工件进行有限元静力学分析和模态分析,进一步保证了其精度和可靠性。

     

    Abstract: Based on the technological characteristics of a certain large-scale aerospace shell part, the basic positioning scheme, clamping device and fixture body of the part were determined. The clamping force was determined by the cutting force during processing, and the corresponding cylinder was selected. A special hook-shaped pressure plate was designed to determine the fixture body. To further analyze the influence of clamping force and clamping area on the processing accuracy of the part, the finite element method was used to conduct static and modal analysis of the workpiece, further ensuring its accuracy and reliability.
