低噪音的焊管加工翻料装置设计

Design of a Low-Noise Flipping Device for Welded Pipe Processing

  • 摘要: 针对焊管加工过程中所使用的翻料装置噪音大,且管件与冷床撞击容易造成管件变形的问题,该文设计了一种低噪音的焊管加工翻料装置。该装置将料槽与托架组合形成可开合的焊管承托结构,在翻转下料过程中,托架角度可随焊管下落而滚动,从而实现管材的平稳下放,避免了钢管垂直落料,解决了焊管加工过程中所使用的翻料装置噪音大以及管件与冷床撞击容易造成管件变形的问题。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problem of loud noise from the flipping device used in the welding pipe processing and the easy deformation of the pipe caused by the collision between the pipe and the cold bed, this paper designs a low-noise flipping device for welding pipe processing. By forming an openable and closable welding pipe support structure with a material groove and a bracket, the bracket angle rolls with the falling of the welding pipe during flipping and unloading, making it easy to slowly lower the pipeline onto the cold bed, avoiding the vertical dropping of the steel pipe, and solving the problem of loud noise from the flipping device used in the welding pipe processing and the easy deformation of the pipe caused by the collision between the pipe and the cold bed.
