Abstract:
Based on the problems of high dust generation and severe dust pollution during the rapid excavation of the 2204 belt roadway using an excavating and anchoring integrated machine, this paper analyzes the main dust sources in the heading face area under the excavation conditions of the 2204 belt roadway. Adopting the dust prevention and control concept of “suppression, control, removal, and purification”, the spray dust suppression system, the onboard dust control and removal system of the excavating and anchoring integrated machine, as well as mechanical devices for airflow purification, were comprehensively optimized from multiple aspects. Subsequently, industrial application tests were carried out. The results showed that after the comprehensive application of the above dust removal measures, the dust reduction efficiency of respirable dust at 5 m from the return air side of the all-in-one machine for digging and anchoring was 86.5%, and the total dust reduction efficiency was 90.6%; The respiratory dust reduction efficiency at a distance of 5 meters behind the airflow purification mechanical device is 97.3%, and the total dust reduction efficiency is 97.7%, effectively reducing the amount of flour dust in the excavation work, improving the excavation environment, and achieving good application effects.
