Design of Wireless Coal Cutting Machine Coal Cutting Tracking and Dust Reduction System for Fully Mechanized Mining Face in Mines

  • 摘要: 针对采煤机截煤跟踪降尘系统各设备间现用的有线连接方式存在线路易扯断、不易安装、后期难维护等不足等问题,该文基于无线通信技术设计了一种采煤机截煤跟踪喷雾系统,设计了该系统的总体架构,分析了采煤机跟踪定位技术,重点设计了喷雾控制箱,并进行了喷雾功能模拟实验验证,结果表明:该喷雾系统能按照实际喷雾需求,合理的开启与关闭电动球阀,达到了较好的喷雾降尘效果,且喷雾系统各设备间采用无线通信技术后,设备间的连接线路减少,喷雾系统更易安装与维护,应用效果较好,该降尘系统具有一定的推广应用价值。

     

    Abstract: To address the shortcomings of the existing wired connections between devices in the coal-cutting tracking dust suppression system for shearers, such as the tendency for cables to be easily pulled apart, difficulty in installation, and challenges in later maintenance, this paper designs a coal-cutting tracking spray system for shearers based on wireless communication technology. The overall architecture of the system is designed, the shearer tracking and positioning technology is analyzed, and the spray control box is designed with particular emphasis. Furthermore, a simulation experiment is conducted to verify the spray functionality. The results showed that the spray system could reasonably open and close the electric ball valve according to the actual spray demand, achieving a better spray dust reduction effect. After the wireless communication technology was used in the equipment of the spray system, the equipment the spray system is easier to install and maintain, and the application effect is good. The dust suppression system has certain promotion and application value.
