法兰平面度公差对塔架结构性能的影响研究

Study on the influence of flange flatness tolerance on tower structure performance

  • 摘要: 法兰作为塔架关键连接部件,其制造过程中产生的平面度公差是影响结构性能的重要因素。为明确该公差对塔架可靠性的影响机制,本研究建立了融合法兰结构细节的2 MW典型风力发电机组高精度有限元模型。采用静力学分析和实际检测相结合的方法系统的研究了极端阵风下不同平面度公差和倾斜度对塔架应力分布的影响。本研究为优化法兰结构设计提供了有益的参考。

     

    Abstract: As a key connection part of the tower, the flatness tolerance generated in the manufacturing process of the flange is an important factor affecting the structural performance. In order to clarify the influence mechanism of this tolerance on the reliability of the tower, a high-precision finite element model integrating flange structural details was established for a 2 MW typical wind turbine. The influence of different flatness tolerances on the stress distribution of the tower under extreme gusts was systematically studied by means of static analysis and actual detection. This study provides a useful reference for optimizing the design of flange structure.
