码盘机升降传动系统设计与仿真

The Design and Simulation of Transmission Component for Pallet Stacking Machine

  • 摘要: 码盘机是自动化立库中物流输送线中实现对一定数量托盘进行堆叠成组的重要设备,其升降传动系统是堆叠核心部件。通过分析设计输入,设计了一种适合于1300×1100×150尺寸的码盘机升级传动系统,对电机进行选型,对传动轴进行设计,并用SolidWorks力学仿真模块进行应力和安全系数校核,验证了升级传动系统的合理可靠。

     

    Abstract: Pallet stacking machine is a important machine for stacking a group of pallets in goods transportation system of automated storage and retrieval system. For the machine, the lifting mechanism is the key component. The paper analyzes the custom’s requirements and design a pallet lifting system which is suitable for 1300×1100×150 pallet. It chooses a 3-phase asynchronous motor, design the transmission shaft, and uses the SolidWorks Simulation module to verify the shaft’s stress and safe coefficient. All above says the system is accurate and reliable.
